After years of collaborating with other Orphanage entities in Kampala, Uganda, East Africa, Vision Worship Center took the initiative to launch their own direct program in order to facilitate a greater accountability and better cater to the needs of the Orphans in the Eastern Region. In the past they have fed over 150 children daily through their feeding program by providing 2 meals per day. Today that number has increased to over 400 less fortunate children and in some cases the courtesy is extended to Adults in various communities.
Their humanitarian project is not just limited to food but also a clothing distribution which was added in 2018. Additionally, through a reputable Real Estate Company, and the help of committed sponsors, they secured 2 Acres of land on which they intend to build the following:
- Orphan House with separate areas for Male & Female
- Playground
- Kitchen / Cafeteria facility
- Multipurpose Auditorium to host Educational activities
- Student Library
- Medical Clinic
- Multi-level housing facility to host USA delegation each Mission Trip
